Whole grain, seed mustard made in Reims, France and served in a 17.6 oz (500g) clay jar. Vilux FRANCE, located in the Champagne region of France, has produced fine mustard since the 19th Century. This whole grain mustard, or the maceration of whole mustard seeds in cider vinegar, is no exception. It bursts with pleasantly sweet mustard flavor and marvelously accompanies white meats, and home-made vinaigrettes.
